VIP Chair

Purchase a commemorative Boots In The Park foldable chair to use throughout the day at the festival! Chairs can be used in designated chair areas throughout the VIP area.

All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. There is no re-entry once you exit the venue.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. 

Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets can not be transferred.

Age Restriction

This event is all ages. Children under 5 receive free general admission access with a paid parent/guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type.

You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please have a valid, government issued ID ready.

Miscellaneous Policies

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the venue. Chairs are only allowed in designated areas within the VIP section for VIP ticket holders. No chairs are allowed in the GA section of the venue.

What are the hours of the festival?

Gates open at 2pm and the event ends at 10p

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are plenty of public transportation options including metro rail with a convenient stop at Mill Ave/3rd Street Valley Metro Rail Station. We encourage Uber & Lyft transportation, riding bikes, walking, and other forms of transportation. Please carpool and always have a designated sober driver.

What can I bring into the event?
