Purchase a commemorative Boots In The Park foldable chair to use throughout the day at the festival! Chairs can be used in designated chair areas throughout the VIP and GA areas.

All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event is rain or shine.
Cancellation Policy

If your event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

Age Restriction
This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of parent/guardian ticket type purchased.
 
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid, government issued ID will be required to consume alcohol.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Off site parking will be available for this event for a seperate fee. We also encourage ride share, walking, and other forms of transportation. Please always have a designated driver. Tailgating is not permitted.

What are the event hours?

The gates open at 12:00pm and the event ends at 10:00pm.
